Supporting our customers is important to us. It’s vital we understand what our customers value and what we can do to add social value in their communities. We'll track this to ensure our impact is as positive as possible.

Digitally include customers

We’re committed to ensuring that our customers have the digital skills to support their ambitions. We’ll be working with partner organisations who can support us in this mission. Our goal is for all our customers – and particularly those in rural areas – to feel digitally connected.

Financial inclusion and employability

Our commitment to our customers includes providing career support and working with them to help them maximise their income. We’ll offer vocational experience through work placements with us and our partner organisations along with opportunities to improve workplace skills.

Local communities to be proud of

We want our customers to live in communities they’re proud of, so we’ll work with them to make this happen. We’ll offer people the chance to get involved in neighbourhood enhancement schemes, use a mobile bus that brings our services to them and encourage employees to volunteer in their communities. And we’ll regenerate properties to provide new homes for sale or rent.
